Question by mememe: is there significance or health clues to food allergies? i?ve become quite allergic to cinnamon.?
i?m 53 now, and within the past 10 years, it has become worse and worse. my tongue, gums and lips swell so much (even from just a little bit that i can?t talk or swallow without difficulty). any clues?

Do not contact,or consume cinnamon. It sounds like you have reached the level of reaction that could be very dangerous.
Your throat is swelling , the next time you contact it you may not be able to breath or swallow.
Avoid it from now on.
